MONEY ISSUES
3D Secure Payments – Sojourn Safaris utilises 3D secure payments. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are global solutions for online cardholder authentication. This method of security was mandated by the Card Associations to enhance the security of online transactions.
Using Sojourn Safaris’ safe and secure 3D online payment system (Pesapal) protects your bank details and personal information by keeping them in a secure environment. Furthermore, this system is convenient and cost effective. You will not be asked to fax or email copies of your credit card, which may leave you open to fraud.
No credit card fees – Sojourn Safaris does not raise any surcharges or credit card fees when paying with your credit card. Us, as the Merchant bears these costs.
Currency – We bill our guests in the currency that our suppliers invoice us in and these are generally the US Dollar (USD) or the Kenyan Shilling (Kshs).
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING -We utilize 3D secure online payments. This protects your personal particulars and banking details.
WE ARE FULLY ACCREDITED – We are a fully registered under the Government of Kenya and fully accredited by the Tourism Regulatory Authority of Kenya
OUR TRAVEL EXPERTS HAVE FIRST-HAND KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE – Our East African safari & holiday experts are regularly sent on “educational stints” to the wildlife areas, safari lodes and accommodation properties that we recommend in our itinerary’s.
WE OFFER EMERGENCY CONTACT – We are on call via our Emergency Contact cell phone 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. So in the event of something unexpected occurring, we are always there to assist!
PRICE GUARANTEE – We are less expensive than if you took the trouble to book direct!
Sojourn Safaris arranges hundreds of East African safari tours and holidays each year, and we have therefore negotiated Preferential Net Rates with our suppliers (the safari lodges, hotels, guesthouses, car rental companies etc).
As a web based operator, we are able to pass on discount to our direct guests. We do not have to share the commissions with other agents and operators.
Although we don’t believe the lowest price is the most important thing we offer our guests, we do provide value for money. Not only will you pay less than if you booked the safari lodge or accommodation property direct, your holiday itinerary will be arranged by an experienced East African Safari Tours & Holiday Expert who can give you first-hand information and honest advice.
We understand that when our guests visit East Africa on a safari, holiday or honeymoon, it is often a lifetime dream and normally a major expense. We are therefore here to ensure that you receive real, expert advice.
